Yoga therapy is a holistic and personalized approach to healing and well-being that integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic techniques. It is a dynamic and evolving field that tailors yoga practices to address the specific physical, emotional, and mental needs of individuals. Yoga therapy goes beyond traditional yoga classes, focusing on the individual's unique constitution, life circumstances, and health challenges.

In each session, I work closely with clients to create a customized practice that may include physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. The primary goal of yoga therapy is to promote self-awareness, balance, and self-healing, empowering individuals to manage and alleviate a wide range of physical and psychological ailments, as well as to enhance overall quality of life. Yoga therapy emphasizes the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit, offering a comprehensive and integrative path towards wellness and transformation.

*Jordan is currently a yoga therapy intern working towards certification. She is in her final year of training. During time as an intern, she is offering discounted pricing. Additonaly, she is under the guidance of her faculty at Practice Yoga Austin School of Yoga Therapy. All practices will be reviewed by a certified yoga therapist providing oversight.
