What is Home Bodhi Yoga?

Home Bodhi Yoga features virtual + ATX-based yoga therapy sessions to bring you back to the present, centered, awareness that already exists within you. Yoga and Ayurveda are powerful ancient tools to cultivate strength and flexibility in both body and mind.

The practices and techniques given in each session honor all eight limbs of yoga while increasing your body's functional, unique movement. The goal is for the student to find equanimity between mind, body, and spirit. I hope that everyone can take what they learn with me through the wisdom of yoga and embody it in the world.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Jordan Medina, a yoga therapist helping you move from the messy middle to your sacred center. I blend ancient yogic tools and modern science to help you shift—whether that’s healing old injuries, calming anxious thoughts, or reconnecting to what matters most. This isn’t just yoga on the mat. It’s yoga that reshapes your life: movement to realign your body, breathwork to settle your nervous system, mantra to unlock your voice, and deep rest to recharge you from the inside out. No two sessions are the same- because no two people are the same. If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for meaning and ease, I’m here to help you come home to yourself.
